You can train the bot to understand different types of user input and respond accordingly.

You can easily find out everything via Chatbot Analytics 📊

From the number of users using the bot, and for long to the random words that the bot did not recognise. You have multiple stats for analysis, which you can use to improve your bot and increase user satisfaction.
