Agent Intervention

There are going to be moments in a chat, where you would want to have control over the direction of the conversation. This could be in terms of a technical snag or unexpected query or any reason at all.

One major benefit of ChatClay is that it gives you full control of the bot. At some point, you could also start having a conversation with the user instead of the automated responses.

It is really easy and convenient to do. Just a 4 step process

  1. Go to the Chatrooms
  2. Select the conversation you want to intervene in
  3. Toggle on the Agent Intervene button
  4. Start typing then 👨🏼‍💻
