If seeing the chats isn’t enough, we have a fancy analytics tab that will give you all the information you need.

Just go to the Analytics 📈 tab, and you will open up another world.

It allows you to get a better understanding of the different users, the time users spend with your bot, the most popular flows, and even the words or phrases that weren’t recognised by the bot.
