Test Bot on Web Chat

Test Bot feature allows you to test the bot on another testing using web chat. While testing here, you can also test out your customisations, see how they look, if the colours and icon work well together and obviously test the functionality of the bot. It gives you an idea of how the bot will look on your web page.

How can you test this? In just a few steps

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Web Chat tab
  3. Toggle the enabled button on
  4. Here you will see options to customise the chat bubbles, text and logo. You can go ahead fill them out if you would like to
  5. Click on Save Changes
  6. Click on Test the bot or the Web chat URL 🧐
  7. There you are. You can talk to your bot now 👨🏼‍💻
