It’s time to add some intelligence to our bot 🧠

Time for it to know for itself what the user is talking about

Let’s be realistic, neither us nor you can predict and note down everything the user is going to say, right?

If we can’t plan it, let’s make our bot do it. Just like how we learn any concept through examples, our bot does that too. So, we tell the bot the different entities and intent and train them for those phrases and sentences that the user may use.
