So hey, you’re wondering that ok I have made the bot now, I have also published it, now? How do I know if it’s working out? Are people liking it? Are their problems being solved? How will I know?

Here’s a way: Chatroom 👨🏼‍💻

You can open it through the tab on the left. Now you’ll see a whole bunch of chats. These are all your users, and now you can see how it went with them, what they asked, how the bot responded. It even shows how the bot identified the messages, in terms of intents, entities, flow and all the other necessary information.

Another bonus to this package 🎁, you can intervene in the conversation as well. You get control over the conversation too.
